Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Exxon Mobil is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Providing information about products and services. 4. Handling customer complaints and escalations. 5. Recording and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures. 8. Working closely with other departments to address customer needs. 9. Adapting to changing situations and customer demands.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Planning and organizational skills. 6. Reliable and able to work flexible hours. 7. Must be adaptable to changing work environments.
