Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Call Center Representative to join our remote team at Republic Services. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or concerns - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening and understanding customer needs - Collaborate with team members to find innovative solutions to customer problems - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong cooperation and teamwork abilities - Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions - Proficiency in using customer service software and systems - High school diploma or equivalent
