Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Lincoln National is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Specialist to join our remote team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing high-quality service over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Process orders, upgrades, cancellations, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 5. Knowledge of CRM systems and call center technology. 6. Strategic planning and persuasion skills.
