Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

First Data is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our remote team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and hardworking, with strong soft skills in cooperation and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, account information, and issue resolution - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and finding solutions - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update customer information in the database - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Meet and exceed performance goals for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other call center software
