Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our remote team at TJX in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no specific years of experience required. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner - Providing information about products, services, and promotions - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics such as call volume and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and organizational skills - Team player who values cooperation and collaboration - High school diploma or equivalent
