Job Description:
Foot Locker is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding orders, returns, exchanges, and general inquiries. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize resources effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer situations. 5. Document all interactions accurately in the customer database. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Associate level degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Adaptable and resourceful mindset. 7. Demonstrated creativity in finding solutions to customer issues. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
