Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sempra Energy is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, reliable, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via chat support 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on customer feedback

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - training will be provided 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively 4. Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat platforms is a plus 5. High school diploma or equivalent 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace 7. Ability to work independently and be a proactive problem solver
