Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chat Support Associate to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle. This is a remote part-time position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong time management skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software - High school diploma or equivalent
