Unum Group is currently seeking a remote Chat Support Associate to join our team based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, adaptable, possess emotional intelligence, and excel in time management.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through chat support interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. 3. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience. 4. Utilize available resources to accurately provide information and solutions to customers. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous responses. 6. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for customer support.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using chat support tools and software. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Must have a home office with a stable internet connection. 7. Must be available to work part-time hours, with the possibility of flexible scheduling.
