Travelers Cos. is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a remote work position, perfect for individuals looking for flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. As an Entry Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat - Assist customers with booking reservations, resolving issues, and answering questions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively - Strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and deliver results - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in technology and ability to learn new systems quickly - Fluency in English and another language is a plus
