Job Description:
Adecco Group is seeking a skilled Chat Support Manager to join our team as a remote worker based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support and management roles, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the chat support team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and productivity - Develop and implement chat support strategies and procedures to optimize customer interactions and improve overall efficiency - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth - Collaborate with other departments to align chat support initiatives with broader business goals and objectives - Communicate with customers to address inquiries, issues, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in chat support to continually enhance service delivery and customer experience
Requirements: - Proven experience in customer support and management roles, preferably in a chat support environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex customer issues - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement - Persuasion and cooperation skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders - Proficiency in chat support software and technology to streamline operations and enhance performance
