Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Fannie Mae, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Chat Support Manager for remote work in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in customer service and chat support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents to ensure high-quality customer service. 2. Monitor chat conversations to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to agents. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze chat support metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 5. Train new chat support agents on company policies, procedures, and best practices. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support.


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 2. Confident and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and creativity. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 6. Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
