Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: Universal Health Services is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Representative to join our remote team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner - Assist customers with product or service related issues - Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Contribute to team goals and meet performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Creativity and planning skills to effectively address customer needs - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software - High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
