Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Graybar Electric is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work position based in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This part-time role is ideal for an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Coordinate with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in a customer service or support role - Proficiency in using chat support tools and CRM systems - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus - Knowledge of electrical products or industry experience is preferred
