Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Skyguide, a leading company in the aviation industry based in Zurich, is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with the best possible service and solutions - Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Prepare reports on client satisfaction and feedback for management review - Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Assist in the development of client engagement strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and driven personality traits - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in people management and teamwork soft skills - Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
