Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Raymond James Financial is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research on market trends and investment opportunities to provide clients with relevant information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Assist in the development and implementation of client communications and marketing strategies - Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking individual with a strong dedication to providing excellent client service - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently - Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and present findings effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
