Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

United States Steel is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work remotely. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, hardworking, have strong people management skills, and excel in analysis.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for any inquiries or concerns - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Analyze client feedback and trends to develop strategies for enhancing the client experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and programs - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
