Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

St. Jude Medical is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate. This is a remote work opportunity based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, with part-time hours and an Associate-level seniority. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and assist with client onboarding - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status and performance - Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to enhance the overall client experience - Prepare reports and presentations on client feedback and trends to contribute to decision-making processes

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong problem-solving and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
