Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Chopard, a luxury Swiss watch and jewelry manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client relations and sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-end clientele.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Coordinate and attend client meetings, events, and promotional activities - Provide regular updates and reports on client activity, sales performance, and market trends - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success
