Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


SunTrust Banks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and professionally. 2. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business and satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client interactions, including onboarding, training, and support. 4. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account status and performance. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues or challenges. 7. Prepare and deliver regular reports on client activity, satisfaction levels, and performance metrics. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance to clients. 9. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Confidence and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 5. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. 7. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 8. Ability to work independently and remotely. 9. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 10. Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
