Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Best Buy is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team remotely in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements - Track key performance indicators and report on client satisfaction metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations - Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships with potential clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and motivated to exceed client expectations - Creative problem-solving abilities - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
