Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

As a Client Relations Manager at DISH Network, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is remote and part-time, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority required. We are seeking a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling DISH Network products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Track and report on client satisfaction metrics and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Proven experience in client relations or a similar customer-facing role - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
