Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

American Electric Power is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client relationship strategies to drive business growth and retention - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliverables - Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively identify areas for improvement - Track and report on key performance indicators related to client relationships and business outcomes

Requirements: - Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and confident personality traits - Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
