Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

AGCO is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as a Client Relations Officer. This is a remote work position based in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions and support - Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities - Motivated to succeed and exceed client expectations - Resilient in the face of challenges and setbacks - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
