Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Owens-Illinois is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team on a remote basis in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are passionate and hardworking. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Hardworking and dedicated to meeting and exceeding client expectations - Strong people management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
