Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Representative to join our team at Enterprise Products Partners. This position is remote, based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, and is part-time with an Associate Level seniority.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly. 3. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. 5. Provide regular updates and reports to management on client interactions and feedback. 6. Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings and presentations. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients. 8. Assist in the development of client engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong time management and planning skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
