Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: Visteon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have and providing solutions to any issues that arise.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to address their needs and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide timely solutions - Provide product information and guidance to clients as needed - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively communicate with clients - Act as a liaison between clients and the company to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any conflicts that may arise

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability to work in a remote environment and be self-motivated - Driven to meet and exceed client expectations - Innovative mindset to find creative solutions to client issues - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
