Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Host Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist. This is a remote work position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH.

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your duties will include answering client inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for conducting research to better understand our clients' needs and preferences, as well as communicating this information to our internal teams.

In addition to client relations responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives, as we believe in giving back to the community. This position offers a part-time schedule and is open to candidates at an entry-level seniority level with no prior experience required.

Requirements for this position include excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Candidates should also possess strong research skills and a genuine passion for building relationships with clients.
