Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Broadcom is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This is a part-time position with remote work capabilities, ideal for individuals who are looking for a flexible work arrangement. As an entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional customer service and support - Manage client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues - Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our CRM system - Assist in the implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Hardworking and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong adaptability and decision-making skills to handle various client scenarios - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus
