Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

PG&E Corp. is seeking a driven and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. This position is remote, based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, and is part-time with a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients. 5. Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 6. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track client satisfaction and retention. 7. Prepare and present regular reports on client status and progress to senior management.

Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in client service management or a related field. 2. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong negotiation and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
