Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sulzer Ltd, a leading global provider of innovative and sustainable solutions for the industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in a remote part-time position. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests, and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on the status of their projects and services - Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to provide proactive solutions to clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client services or account management - Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Driven and dedicated personality traits - People management and innovation soft skills - Visa sponsorship, Gym membership, and Travel opportunities available as benefits
