Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dillard’s is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to work remotely from Lausanne, Vaud, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and exhibit traits of energy and confidence. This position is at the Associate Level and requires strong soft skills in cooperation and presentation.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat - Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Assist in resolving client issues and escalating as needed - Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions to better serve clients - Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client service role - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong skills in cooperation and presentation - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
