Job Description:
Trinity Industries is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis working remotely. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires a high level of confidence, as well as strong planning and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients - Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and feedback for management review - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client service to continuously improve processes and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Resourceful and confident in dealing with challenging situations - Strong planning and strategic planning skills
