Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team at Mutual of Omaha Insurance. This is a remote work position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. The role is part-time and suitable for individuals at the entry level with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or inquiries promptly and professionally. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. - Actively engage with clients to identify their needs and recommend suitable insurance products or services. - Use communication and persuasion skills to build relationships with clients and encourage them to purchase additional insurance products or upgrade their current policies. - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and provide support as needed.
