Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team at Bank of America Corp. in a remote work position based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by assisting them with their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. This is a part-time, entry-level position that does not require any previous experience.


Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and concerns - Provide information to clients about our products and services - Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking abilities to assess and solve client problems effectively - Negotiation skills to handle difficult situations with clients - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficient in using technology and software for communication and data management
