Job Description - Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Associate to join our team at Meyer Burger Technology AG. This is a remote work position based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis at the Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Addressing client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. 4. Managing and updating client accounts and information accurately in the company's database system. 5. Assisting in the coordination of projects related to client support and service delivery. 6. Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills. 7. Creating and maintaining documentation related to client support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong project management and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Previous experience in customer service or client support roles. 7. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
