We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at Avon Products. This is a remote work position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland, offering part-time hours at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client support or a related field.
As a Client Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels - Managing client accounts and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborating with the sales team to achieve client satisfaction and retention goals - Analyzing client data and feedback to improve our products and services - Developing and implementing strategies to increase client engagement and loyalty
The ideal candidate will be resourceful and hardworking, with a strong attention to detail and a knack for innovation. This individual will work independently and as part of a team to deliver top-notch support to our clients.
