Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job description:


We are looking for a passionate and reliable Client Support Manager to join our team at Fiserv. This is a remote work position based in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland, with part-time hours. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support - Manage client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and prioritize client requests - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client engagement and satisfaction levels - Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and best practices


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English, French and German is a plus
