Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Trinity Industries is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience and a mid-to-senior level of seniority. The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, energetic, and possess strong planning and creativity skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement client support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client support activities and performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote setting is preferred
