Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at OC Oerlikon Corporation AG. This is a remote work opportunity, based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our client base, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact - Provide support and guidance to clients on products and services - Oversee client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolution of any issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, taking action to continuously improve services - Develop strategies to increase client retention and upsell opportunities - Analyze data and generate reports on client performance and trends - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to client support


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in client support or account management - Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving customer satisfaction targets - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong critical thinking and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
