Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This position is remote work and part-time, at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Manage client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide tailored solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate complex issues. 5. Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve overall service delivery. 6. Conduct presentations and demos to potential clients as needed. 7. Assist with onboarding new clients and provide ongoing training and support.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences. 4. Prior experience in customer support or a related field. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. A proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks. 7. Availability to work part-time, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
