Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rite Aid is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Manage client accounts and ensure all needs are met - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Conduct product demonstrations and train clients on how to use our services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing clients - Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions - Meet and exceed client satisfaction goals and metrics

Requirements: - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong negotiation skills and people management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
