Job Description:
Graybar Electric is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center, providing leadership to a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team success - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the contact center team, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the customer service process and maximize productivity - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service to drive continuous improvement - Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure a positive and productive work environment
