Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Miele Switzerland is seeking a motivated and confident Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring that our customer service representatives provide exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Train new employees and conduct ongoing training sessions for existing staff - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in CRM software and other contact center technology - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Time management and persuasion skills are a must
