Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Land O’Lakes is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote contact center representatives - Develop and implement contact center strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency - Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed - Train and coach team members on best practices and customer service techniques - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members


Requirements: - Resilient and motivated individual with excellent time management and teamwork skills - 5 years of experience in a contact center management role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
