Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Owens & Minor is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. The ideal candidate is an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. The Contact Center Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Follow-up with customers to ensure their needs are met - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong time management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have access to a reliable internet connection - Fluent in English and German
