Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Dollar Tree. This is a remote work opportunity based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support over the phone, email, and chat channels. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance with orders - Process returns and exchanges - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong time management skills - Excellent emotional intelligence - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
