Job Description - Contact Center Representative - Remote Work


Job Description:


Computer Sciences is seeking a motivated and energetic Contact Center Representative to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This position is part-time and offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and offer solutions to meet their needs 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers 4. Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and quality standards 5. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and retain business 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex cases when necessary 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers 8. Innovate and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 3. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred 4. Energetic personality with a proactive and resourceful mindset 5. Strong negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and requests effectively 6. Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus 8. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
