Job Description:
We are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team at State Farm Insurance Cos. This is a remote work position based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Entry Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and potential customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about insurance policies and services. 2. Assisting customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and billing questions. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the database. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. 7. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle various customer situations. 2. Strong planning and leadership skills to prioritize tasks and manage customer inquiries effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 7. No prior experience necessary - we will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
