Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. This position is part-time and considered entry level, making it ideal for individuals who are looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming customer inquiries and assist with resolving issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, as well as company policies and procedures - Utilize efficient communication skills to provide a positive customer experience - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in service delivery - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes - Identify and escalate priority issues as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards in all customer interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and demonstrate confidence in handling customer inquiries - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software - Strong leadership skills and ability to present information effectively - Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision - High school diploma or equivalent
